We recently engaged zfweb for the design of our website and business logo for a hobby retail/ecommerce store.

Setting up a small business is a complex procedure of hundreds of small tasks each intrinsically intertwined and necessary to get any new business off the ground. Throughout the process we engaged countless vendors, banks, suppliers and legal practitioners. Through all of this and somewhat to our surprise zfweb were a shining light of professionalism. Their communication was first class, always informing us of where things were at and where we were heading. They consistently hit stated deadlines and not once failed to deliver what they promised. Unlike many design companies they were refreshingly open to our ideas and thoughts throughout the design process and were never dismissive of any suggestions we made.

The final result is that my new business now has a first class web site design and logo, something we are proud of and the feedback from our customers and friends has been overwhelmingly positive.
